MLTT Live Event Waiver and Release of Liability

By purchasing a ticket, attending, or participating in a Major League Table Tennis (“MLTT”) event, you agree to the following terms and conditions on behalf of yourself and any minor(s) or guests you bring with you:

1. Assumption of Risk
You understand and voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to attending MLTT events, whether occurring before, during, or after the event. This includes, without limitation, injuries resulting from:

  • Fast-moving objects (e.g., balls, paddles)
  • Close proximity to players or tables
  • Loud noises, lighting effects, or crowd activity
  • Slips, trips, or falls in or around the venue

    • 2. Waiver and Release
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, and discharge MLTT, its affiliates, venue partners, employees, sponsors, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action for any injury, illness, damage, loss, or theft you may suffer in connection with your attendance.
    This includes but is not limited to claims related to:

    • Accidents or injuries during the event
    • Exposure to infectious diseases, including COVID-19
    • Loss or damage to personal property

      • 3. Medical Consent
      In the event of an emergency, you authorize MLTT personnel and medical professionals to provide you (or any minor in your care) with emergency medical treatment. You agree to be responsible for any associated costs.

      4. Photography & Video Release
      You grant MLTT and its partners the right to use your image, likeness, voice, and name as captured in any photo, video, or audio recording at the event for promotional, broadcast, or commercial use without compensation or notice.

      5. Code of Conduct
      All guests must respect fellow attendees, players, and staff. MLTT reserves the right to remove any individual from the venue without refund for behavior deemed disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of venue rules.

      6. Minor Attendance
      If you are the parent or legal guardian of a minor attending the event, you agree to the terms of this waiver on their behalf and accept full responsibility for their supervision and safety.

      7. Venue-Specific Rules
      Additional policies may apply based on the venue. Please review posted signage and follow all instructions from venue staff and MLTT personnel.

      8. Acceptance of Terms
      By purchasing a ticket, entering the venue, or attending an MLTT event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this waiver.
