Suzi Battison

Suzi Battison brings over a decade of elite coaching experience to the Atlanta Blazers as the team’s inaugural head coach. A former high-level competitor who trained and played in China, Battison developed a deep understanding of the sport’s highest standards and techniques. Her time competing in one of table tennis’s most prestigious environments helped shape her approach to both player development and team culture.

In 2013, Battison became head coach at the National Stadium in New Jersey, one of the most respected training facilities in the U.S. There, she has played a key role in elevating American talent, coaching multiple players who have gone on to represent the United States at various levels of international competition. Her reputation as a disciplined, results-driven coach has made her a fixture in the national table tennis community.

Now leading Major League Table Tennis’ newest franchise, Battison is focused on building a team that matches the energy and ambition of its home city. “Atlanta is an elite sports city, and we’re excited to introduce fans to the speed, skill, and excitement of MLTT,” said Battison. “Our team will bring a strong work ethic and a competitive spirit that reflects the passion of Atlanta’s sports culture.”
